Now that everyone has enjoyed the long (but not long enough!) Memorial Day weekend, I’m sharing the final America-inspired post celebrating one of my favorite color combinations: red, white and blue. While I don’t consider myself overly patriotic or “pro-American,” I do love the way these colors look together. So bold and graphic! I’m especially a sucker for anything vintage relating to Americana and politics. So get into all red, white + blue – and let’s celebrate the official start of summer with this collection of images. Get into it!

Red: the colour of love, passion, sex, Valentine’s Day and Dior lipstick, just to name a few. It’s been a while since I did one of my color posts, so for my first post of 2014, what could be more fitting than to ring in the new year with the colour of love? I also thought love was an appropriate theme b/c I’m 5 followers away from 2,500 followers on Pinterest! So I wanted to show some love for that! Also lots of love and appreciation goes out to anyone that read, scrolled or stumbled across my blog in the last year, I had my best year yet! So get into all the love, and all the red. And Happy New Year !!
